ABOUT OUTSELL AI

Built around the account.
Designed for the decision.

Outsell AI is an agent-first account-based marketing agency for enterprise teams. We turn account context into relevant messages, coordinated buyer journeys and useful sales actions.

Why Outsell exists

Outsell AI is built around a practical question: what would give the right person at the right account a useful reason to talk to your sales team? Our programmes connect account selection, business research, buyer messages and the next sales action. The brief starts with the decision the buyer faces, then defines the content and channels needed to support it.

Our view is that personalisation earns its place when it helps someone assess a business problem. A finance leader may need assumptions they can challenge. A technology leader may need dependencies they can investigate. An account owner needs enough context to judge whether an approach fits the existing relationship. Those needs shape the work before any asset is produced.

Who the programmes are for

We design for Fortune 500 and enterprise marketing, revenue operations and sales teams working on complex B2B accounts. The starting point can be a new account universe, an under-engaged buying group, an expansion opportunity or a named account that needs an individual strategy. Programme fit depends on the business problem and your team’s ability to review and act on the work.

Discovery checks whether there is a credible offer, a defined account objective, an available sales owner and enough permitted evidence to begin. When the proposition or account list still needs work, that becomes the first task in the scope. Account coverage and personalisation depth should reflect the resources available to support a relevant conversation.

What agent-first means in practice

We organise delivery as bounded tasks with a shared account brief. Each task has inputs, an expected output, acceptance criteria and a review owner. Agents can retrieve approved information, prepare structured drafts and connect workflow steps. The account strategy, approved claims and external activation remain accountable decisions.

The purpose is to make preparation repeatable and reviewable. A useful brief shows which source supports an observation, what is inferred and what is still unknown. A useful workflow records its version and exceptions so a reviewer can understand a failed step and decide whether to correct, retry or stop it.

  1. Research

A sourced brief with observations, hypotheses and unknowns.

  2. Strategy

A buyer-role message map tied to one account objective.

  3. Content

Useful assets with commercial and technical review gates.

  4. Activation

An approved journey and an accountable sales handoff.

  5. Measurement

A readout that supports the next programme decision.

Three programmes. Different depths of account work.

Signal gives a target universe of 1,000 accounts a consistent fit-and-intent assessment and precise messages by company context and buying role. Momentum works across account clusters, with layered messages, coordinated touchpoints, sales handoff rules and attribution. Signature goes deeper into selected named accounts, with individual dossiers, executive narratives and bespoke account experiences.

The programmes describe service depth; a proposal specifies the actual account count, assets, channel coverage, dependencies, review responsibilities, schedule and investment. Media spend and licensed data are identified separately. We select the depth that supports the account objective and agree what is outside the base scope before production begins.

How a programme moves from discovery to delivery

First, discovery establishes the account objective, the offer, existing conversations and the starting CRM position. We check the account universe and available research, then agree the programme scope. The proposal records delivery and approval owners, success definitions and dependencies so both teams know what must be ready before launch.

Preparation creates the account brief, role-and-stage message map and approved assets. Technical and commercial owners review the claims. Activation begins only after the audience, channels and follow-up responsibilities are agreed. The operating review then looks at accepted work, account responses and CRM progression, and decides what to continue, revise or stop.

Your stack, data and responsibilities

Bring your account list or ideal customer profile, approved product evidence, existing content and the CRM and channels your team uses. Integration feasibility is assessed against that environment. The scope identifies the data fields, access permissions, matching rules and tracking dependencies needed for the agreed work; a particular integration is confirmed after the assessment.

Your account owner contributes relationship context and decides whether a proposed next action is appropriate. Product and technical owners validate statements. Marketing owns audience and channel approvals. Data access, retention and third-party tools are agreed before account or CRM information is shared for delivery.

What success should mean

We separate delivery quality, buyer response and commercial progression. Delivery quality asks whether the brief is usable and the asset is approved. Buyer response asks whether the relevant stakeholders engage or accept a conversation. Commercial progression asks whether an opportunity advances from its recorded starting state. These measures need distinct definitions and owners.

A qualified meeting needs an agreed definition: account fit, a relevant participant, a business question and an accepted sales next step. Existing pipeline is recorded before activation. Attribution describes how credit is assigned to observed touches; causal lift needs a stronger comparison design. We agree the reporting basis before the first readout.

The research behind our operating choices

We use original studies, technical documentation and clearly attributed public cases to challenge a workflow before recommending it. Research on AI assistance shows that effects depend on the task and the working context. Our application is to test retrieval, drafting and review separately, measure accepted outputs and include correction time in the comparison.

Customer-support field research found AI-assistance gains that varied across workers. It informs task-level evaluation; it does not measure ABM revenue. Read Generative AI at Work.

Gordon and colleagues compared observational advertising measurement with randomised experiments and found frequent disagreements. That distinction informs our separation of touchpoint credit and causal impact. Read the advertising measurement study.

People and accountability

Outsell AI publishes this website and its journal under organisational authorship. Before commissioning work, ask for the proposed delivery owner, relevant background, sample deliverables and review responsibilities. The proposal should make those details explicit. Public brand analyses explain what we studied; they do not establish a client relationship or a result delivered by Outsell.
